We work in volumes from 1:1 to 5:1. The 1:1 method is one extension per natural lash — an effect that does not read as extensions from a distance. The higher the volume, the denser and bolder the look; 4:1 and 5:1 are usually chosen by people who skip eye make-up and want it already done.
Length and curl are matched to your eye shape and the condition of your own lashes. We do not put heavy volumes on thin, weakened lashes, because the result is shedding — we would rather say so at the consultation than explain it afterwards. A first application takes about two hours, lying down with your eyes closed.
Fills are done within three weeks of the application — after that too few of your own lashes remain and a fresh full set works out cheaper. If you have work from another salon to take off, mention it when booking and we will quote the removal separately.

No water or steam for the first 24 hours, then as normal. Avoid oily make-up removers and waterproof mascara, do not sleep face-down and do not use lash curlers.
